⚙️ My systems · The Iteration Engine

Turn one winning ad into ten.

Most accounts don't fail because they run out of ideas — they fail because they can't multiply the idea that already works. This is the teachable system I built to do exactly that, so anyone on a team can run it.

The mental model

Think of it like cars.

Every change to a creative falls into one of three buckets. Once the car analogy clicks, you never confuse a real test for busywork again.

Level 01
🏎️

Iterations

Same idea · new surface

Same Lamborghini — just a new colour, wheels, body kit. The core idea is untouched; you change one surface element with intention to find a sharper version of a proven winner.

Level 02
🚙

Variations

Same idea · new format

A different supercar, same experience expected. The message stays fixed; the entire creative style changes — UGC, static, comparison, cross-niche structures. One message becomes a fleet.

Level 03
🚚

New Messaging

A new idea entirely

Truck vs minivan vs supercar — a wildly different experience. New awareness level, persona, problem or emotion. This is how you discover the next thing worth multiplying.

The formula that defines each level

Awareness stage · Persona · Sophistication stage · Problem or desire · Emotion. Iterations and variations keep all five fixed. New messaging changes at least one.

Level 01 · Iterations

Same car. New colour.

You found a winner — don't reinvent it, refine it. Keep the style and message identical; change one surface element with a clear reason. Every iteration has an intention.

What stays locked 🔒

  • Creative style
  • Awareness stage
  • Persona
  • Sophistication stage
  • Problem / desire
  • Emotion

What you can change 🎨

  • Location / background
  • The person (age, gender, look)
  • Small hook / headline tweaks
  • Shorter cut (remove, never add)
  • Captions · angle · visual hook
  • Add B-roll, testimonial, stronger CTA

Example: same script, filmed driving a rented Lamborghini instead of at a desk → ~5× the views, the only variable moved was the backdrop. One word swap — "Attention Americans" → "Attention seniors" — dropped CPL from ~$45 to ~$35. We iterate on winners by default.

Best practice · cadence

The weekly rhythm 📅
